Senior IT Program Manager – Complex Transformations & Turnarounds

This is not a standard program management role - we specialize in programs in distress, and focus on high-visibility initiatives with high cost of failure. You will take ownership of complex, cross-functional programs - often stepping into situations that require project stabilization, stakeholder realignment, and decisive execution to plan.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead large-scale IT programs across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders
• Rescue programs that are lacking structure, alignment, and forward momentum; Identify root-causes of program dysfunctions – and address them directly.
• Drive execution across business, technology, and external partners
• Establish clarity where there is ambiguity and competing priorities
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, including when the message is not easy
