Senior IT Executive - Healthcare IT, EMR & Cybersecurity

Lightfully Behavioral Health in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced IT Operations Leader to oversee company-wide IT operations, infrastructure, and the full lifecycle of networks and end-user devices.

You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Salesforce, own the cybersecurity program aligned to NIST CSF, ensure HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 compliance, and manage EMR systems and call center tech.
