JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior IT Coordinator supports the IT Manager in overseeing day-to-day IT operations for a small to mid-size medical device company. This role requires sound technical judgment, the ability to operate independently, and the maturity to support systems, vendors, and projects in a regulated environment - without being the sole or primary IT support resource.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, acting as a senior support function to the IT Manager while helping ensure IT operations remain stable, secure, and well-documented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience providing Tier and Tier IT support for end users, to fill in and act as a backup.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access controls.
Assist with administration of the Microsoft environment including user management, permissions, email, Teams, and SharePoint.
