Senior IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Tech team at Marsh Risk Tech . This role will be based in Singapore - Marina View and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

Marsh Risk Tech’s Innovation team partners with the Marsh Risk business to identify and deliver opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and technology modernization. We’re hiring a Graduate / Associate Technical Business Analyst who sits at the intersection of a traditional BA and an early‑career developer—someone who is AI‑curious, loves to ask “why is it done this way?”, and is excited to build toward becoming an Agentic AI / automation developer over time.
