Job Description

Senior IP Design Engineer – responsible for developing connectivity IP portfolios for Lattice FPGA. The role requires working closely with architects to translate specifications into high‑speed RTL designs, optimizing performance, power, and logic utilization.

Requirements

• Experience in high‑speed SERDES and video protocols (HDMI, SDI, DisplayPort, MIPI) – a plus.
• Hands‑on FPGA RTL design, logic verification, debugging and timing closure.
• Programming skills (C/C++, Perl, TCL, or Python).
