Senior Investor, APAC Infrastructure, Global Fund

Our client is a leading global investment firm with a long-term track record across private markets. The firm is looking to add a Principal to its APAC Infrastructure Team which invests across Hong Kong, Japan, China, South Korea, SEA, and Australia through direct co-investments and fund commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead transactions from origination through to execution and portfolio management, working closely with senior stakeholders and investment partners.
• Evaluate and execute direct infrastructure investments and fund commitments across APAC.
• Build and review complex financial models, valuations, and investment cases to support decision-making.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence alongside external advisors and management teams.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
