You will be responsible for developing the skills and knowledge of GEODIS workforce, related to Managerial, Leadership and Soft skills. This entails teaching skills and knowledge to employees.
Through the process of developing skills and helping people to reach their potential, the internal trainer helps to build employee satisfaction, which makes it easier for GEODIS to attract and retain an engaged workforce.
