Senior Interior Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Designer to lead design execution for our New Store Opening (NSO) program as we expand our interior design retail footprint. This person owns the design vision and rollout for each new location from concept through installation, ensuring every store reflects brand standards while adapting to local market and site conditions.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for new store openings, from space planning and layout to finishes, fixtures, and visual merchandising standards.
• Partner with real estate, construction, and store operations teams to align design intent with site constraints, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain brand design guidelines/prototypes, adapting them for varying store formats and square footage.
