Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer – Water and Wastewater Treatment

Responsibilities Provide technical services to public and private‑sector clients within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers. Perform control systems engineering, process control strategy planning, automation designs, construction support services, and planning studies with detailed analyses related to water and wastewater treatment plants and related facilities. Develop preliminary scope definitions, budgets, and staffing plans; conduct field reviews and evaluations of existing equipment, control systems (hardware and software), and control panels. Prepare studies, conceptual reports, and technical memorandums; conduct instrumentation & control (I&C) engineering and analyses. Support multi‑disciplinary teams with engineering design projects and studies; develop construction documents (drawings, specifications, and schedules).
