Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum development, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.A minimum of three (3) years of experience designing online courses or e-learning content in higher education.Demonstrated expertise in learning management systems, accessibility standards (such as WCAG), and instructional design principles.Proficiency in digital content creation tools and experience with project management.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
