**Description**

The Sr. Instruction Content Developer works with the Associate Dean of La Mesa Academy to assess the needs of La Mesa faculty, students, and academic staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Serves as project manager and oversees the development of instructional materials.
+ May supervise project staff.
+ Serves as liaison with outside agencies in the development of instructional materials.
+ Works with faculty to develop instructional materials (both continuing education and for graduate credit) for delivery in traditional face-to-face, web-based, and CD-ROM/DVD environments.
