Senior Injection Molding Maintenance Lead

IAC Automotive seeks a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance for plastic injection molding processes in our Mexico plant. You will ensure equipment availability, reliability and performance, coordinating preventive and predictive activities and managing molds, paint booths and plant services.

Lead a technical team and external suppliers, drive improvements to cut downtime and boost productivity while preserving safety and quality standards across the operation.
