Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Projects & Escalations)

Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects. Act as the senior technical escalation point for advanced technical issues. Drive improvements in automation, documentation, technical standards, and internal processes. Mentor and support the engineering team. Translate approved technical designs into structured project plans and successful implementations. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, preferably within an MSP or multi-client environment. Strong technical skills in: Windows Server Virtualisation Networking Firewalls RMM platforms Scripting Backup & Disaster Recovery Proven track record of independently planning and delivering complex technical projects.
