Senior Industrialization Engineer (Contract)

Core member of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team(s) responsible for the manufacturability and industrialization of future printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) in support of the Business Unit’s strategic objectives. This role ensures that new designs are seamlessly transitioned into production with robust, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes. The engineer supports the introduction of new electronic products into manufacturing in accordance with RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes, collaborates with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure optimal product and process design for manufacturability and compliance, defines and validates PCBA manufacturing processes, develops process specifications and control methods, leads equipment and process qualification, and creates documentation and work instructions to support internal training and production readiness.
