• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance product implementations and system changes
• Partner with Product Managers, Actuaries, Compliance, and Engineering to translate specifications into system requirements
• Configure insurance products including coverages, rating structures, forms, and underwriting rules
• Review product configuration and rating algorithms to ensure alignment with approved filings
• Research policy forms, endorsements, and regulatory filings to support compliant implementation
