Senior ICU & Critical Care Specialist

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Specialist in Intensive and Critical Care Medicine to join a leading UAE hospital in Sharjah. You will deliver advanced critical care, manage ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring, and lead a multidisciplinary ICU team to provide evidence-based treatment for critically ill patients.

The role requires MBBS (or equivalent), board certification in Intensive Care, and 3–5 years of ICU experience, with strong decision-making, leadership, and teamwork skills.
