Job Description MORAY COUNCIL FINANCE, STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION ELGIN, MORAY Senior ICT Officer (Digital Services) – M365 & Power Platform Grade 8/9 | Temporary position up to 27 August 2027 Hybrid (£40,056.25 - 50,989.25) We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer focused team player to join the ICT Digital Services Team. The team is responsible for managing the ICT digital services (online, Power Platform, .NET, and third-party systems), The team develops and supports many systems used internally by Council staff and to customers via the Council website. Primary responsibilities will be to drive SharePoint Online migration, build Power Apps/Power Automate solutions, and develop insights with Power BI. Collaborate across services to modernise systems, automate processes, and upskill colleagues.
