Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst

Position Summary

The HRIS Expert serves as a subject matter expert and project lead for HRIS-related initiatives, operating with a high degree of autonomy. This role is responsible for supporting HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity, optimizing system functionality, and leveraging technology solutions to support HR processes across a multi-site manufacturing organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily HRIS operations, projects, and system initiatives.
• Partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, Payroll, and other business functions to support and improve HR systems and processes.
• Collaborate with leadership, managers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and gain alignment on projects and initiatives.
