Min. 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and HR operations.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
