Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

As part of the APAC HR team, you will provide HR Business Partner services across multiple locations and business units within the region, focusing on One Cubic. You will support the implementation of human resource strategy in alignment with short‑ and long‑term business goals, including resource planning, organizational design, employee relations, talent management, and compliance with company and statutory policies.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnering and employee‑relations services for managers across a range of locations and business units; coach, guide, and implement strategies to meet business goals.
