 The Opportunity

We are seeking Senior Consultant with a strong passion for Human Factors and its application within complex engineering and safety-critical environments to join the team! You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering senior Human Factors expertise across a diverse portfolio of projects.

In this role, you will lead and contribute to the delivery of projects in sectors such as rail, aviation and energy, applying specialist Human Factors methods to achieve high-quality client outcomes. You will also play a key role in developing our capability, mentoring others and supporting the growth of our Human Factors offering.
