Vacancy Description
Oversee retention strategies and develop & implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws. Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll administration. Coordinate training and development programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies. Act as the company’s spokesperson when required.
Develop an employee wellbeing plan and organize corporate events.
Qualifications- Degree: Master or bachelor degree, preferably in HRM, Law, Economics or Engineering.
- Overall working experience: 5 years.
- Oil & Gas Background (Upstream): 5+ years preferred.
- Middle East experience, similar position (UAE local experience with labor law, immigration, HR operations): 1 year.
- Well versed with UAE Labor law, Immigration law and rulings. ...
