Senior HR Tech Advisor

You are collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to balance operational execution with continuous improvement. You are structured, service-minded, and able to translate operational complexity into clear solutions.

You will:

• Own and support the day-to‑day operation of HR technology across relevant HR systems currently including Workday, SDWorx and other HR systems and processes
• Serve as a senior point of contact for HR technology improvements, requests and process challenges
• Coordinate with IT, divisions and Corporate Center functions to resolve challenges and improve service delivery
• Support system configuration, testing, releases and change management
• Ensure data quality, process integrity and appropriate access management across HR technology platforms
