**Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity on our HRIS & Compensation team for a** **Senior HR Systems Analyst!**

This position will be responsible for collecting, documenting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into feasible Workday HR system solutions. This role conducts research, analysis, prototyping, testing, and demonstrations of features and functionality to stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and objectives. In this role, you will partner with Legal, HR, Timekeeping, IT and other analysts in the team to drive collaborative system solutions.

This role also involves managing and executing projects, including deployment of new release features, enhancements, process improvements, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
