Purpose of the Role
The Senior HR Specialist / HRBP will support the HR Department in day‑to‑day operations and coordination activities across the organization, focusing on administrative, organisational, and non‑confidential HR tasks. This role provides exposure to HR operations within an international business environment while contributing to improving efficiency and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration & Coordination
- Maintain and update HR trackers (leave, onboarding, training, allowances – non‑sensitive data only)
- Support in organising employee documentation (filing, tracking, formatting templates)
- Assist in preparing standard HR letters and documents (non‑confidential)
- Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Support onboarding preparation (welcome packs, coordination of first‑day logistics, scheduling sessions)
