Senior HR & Payroll ERP Consultant — Higher Ed (Colleague)

Strata Information Group (SIG) in Dubai seeks a senior consultant to implement and optimize Colleague HR/payroll at client sites in higher education. You will train users, provide functional consulting, and resolve complex HR and payroll issues while maximizing HRIS functionality.

The role requires strong communication with university stakeholders and a dedication to process improvement. Travel up to 25% may be required.
