Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (NQF Level 7)
• Computer literate (Microsoft packages)
• Minimum of 7 years related experience in a similar position
• Strong Employee Relations exposure
• Mining Environment experience
• Ability to relate at all levels of Management
• Team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual
• Good communication skills, time management and attention to detail
• Valid code 8 driver’s license with own vehicle
