Job Responsibilities
- Lead end to end HR, including onboarding, offboarding, and exit processes
- Drive recruitment efforts with a proactive approach, as hiring is steep about 30-40hc annually
- Must have expertise in Workday, exposure in system migration is highly advantageous.
- Coordinate and enhance training initiatives, including identifying learning needs and managing program enrolment to support employee development
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to address workforce planning needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards in all HR functions.
