POSITION TITLE: Senior HR Officer – Warehouse & Outsourced Workforce

FUNCTION/DEPARTMENT: Warehouse Management

REPORTS TO: HRM-Nairobi

DIRECT REPORTS/ SUPERVISES: HR Supervisor, HR Clerk,



JOB PURPOSE:

To provide HR and administrative support to our client’s outsourced warehouse team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing large outsourced workforces in a fast-paced FMCG, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Warehouse environment . The candidate must be flexible to work both day and night shifts, with operational exposure being an added advantage.
