Senior HR Generalist

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources activities in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who can balance employee advocacy with sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage complex HR matters with a high level of discretion. The role will contribute across employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, and HR systems administration while helping ensure accurate reporting and efficient day-to-day HR operations.
