About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our boutique marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on HR generalist experience within the UAE agency environment and understand the fast‑paced nature of creative, media, digital, production, and events businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employee records, and offboarding.
