The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and develop our existing recruitment team.
• Strengthen recruitment processes and improve hiring KPIs.
• Build strong partnerships with Operations and hiring managers.
• Support the HR Manager in driving HR operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume industries such as F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare or Logistics.
• Experience handling recruitment across multiple outlets or business units.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring junior recruiters.
