Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Quality, Training, and Functional Heads to align people strategies with business objectives.

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all employee-related matters across Collections and Customer Support teams.

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

• Coach and support people managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development, and people management best practices.
