Senior HR Advisor — Flexible Hours + Strategic Support

Kongsberg Discovery is seeking two Senior HR Advisors to join the People Service team in Horten, Norway, in one permanent and one temporary position. You will advise managers on employee relations, absence management, performance follow-up, and case handling, while driving HR processes and policy improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in HR with 2–5 years of operational HR experience and strong Norwegian labor law knowledge; fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
