Become a part of an HR team as a Senior HR Administrative Assistant. Leverage your strong organizational and communication skills in a busy legal work environment.
In this role, you will support a team of five HR professionals with various administrative tasks. Duties include managing employee records, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR documentation. Your understanding of Ontario HR laws will play a key role in complying with regulations while assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain employee records efficiently
• Coordinate interviews and HR meetings effectively
• Handle and redirect calls and emails professionally
• Prepare HR documents, contracts, and offer letters
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and legislation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 10 years in HR administrative capacities
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
