Senior, HK Nike Direct Planning GC

Key responsibility:

+ Work with HK ND/NVS team and NSP planning team to build balanced business plan with the consideration of sales/margin/inventory to ensure the delivery of financial target and marketplace healthy for Nike Direct business.
+ Initiate in-season management proposals to support business plans and cross functional alignment. Lead period analysis, including but not limited to product level sell through and overall sales/margin/ inventory study to influence current and future season planning.
+ Conduct ND Assortment Plan to shape consumer demand & supply for driving growth and inventory productivity.

+ Pre-season:
+ Build seasonal sku level investment plan & strategies for retail concepts tied to the financial targets & brand vision;
+ Align plan with input and collaboration from key stakeholders including Merchandising and Business Team;
