As Tracksuit's Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Paid, you'll have full ownership over our paid acquisition engine, running campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and an ambitious set of new channels we're building out across ANZ, US, and UK.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll be in the platforms daily, with a relentless focus on ROI and driving qualified pipeline. You'll be the person who sets the strategy and executes it: launching campaigns, running experiments, dissecting the data, and making our media budget work harder across the full funnel.

You'll work closely with our Head of Growth on strategy, but the dial is yours to turn. You're not just running the playbook. You're looking for the angles others haven't found yet.
