Senior Growth Hacker - Prop Firm (Dubai)

We are supporting a fast-growing proprietary trading firm in Dubai in the search for a Senior Growth Hacker with deep experience in the prop trading industry.

This is a senior, performance-focused role for someone who understands prop firm dynamics, trader psychology, and high-scale acquisition models. You will own end-to-end growth strategy across multiple channels, with a strong focus on experimentation, optimisation, and scalable systems to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue.

• Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies tailored to prop trading

• Continuously test, iterate, and scale acquisition and retention initiatives across regions

• Deep understanding of prop models including:
