Senior Group Legal Manager: CLM, Risk & ESG Leader

Proton in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a senior in-house legal counsel to review high-value contracts, lead CLM design and risk mitigation, and drive compliance and ESG initiatives. You will partner with business units, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and establish governance frameworks to support strategic partnerships and corporate growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in law, admitted to the Malaysian Bar, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to
