Senior Group Enterprise Architect – Insurance (Life & General)

Job Purpose

The Insurance Business EA (Life & General) plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the target architecture that underpins the Bank’s insurance subsidiaries and distribution businesses. This role requires a seasoned leader who can engage effectively with C-suite and senior executives, conduct in-depth assessments, and provide clear architecture recommendations that shape insurance transformation decisions.

With a strong focus on life insurance, general insurance, health insurance, and bancassurance distribution, the Insurance Business EA ensures that the business architecture continually adapts to regulatory change, evolving customer needs, and industry modernization trends.
