Senior Graduate Recruiter - Urgently needed

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graduate Recruiter with an existing portfolio of corporate clients to join our growing team in Johannesburg.

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ recruitment agency experience
• Proven experience managing corporate clients
• Strong 360 recruitment capability
• Existing client portfolio/business development ability advantageous
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor one team member
• Must be office-based in Johannesburg

The Role

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead, train, and support a junior team member
• Drive growth within the graduate recruitment space
