Senior Global HRIS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and support global HRIS initiatives, including system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and process optimization projects across multiple regions.
• Administer and maintain HR systems to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, compliance, and an excellent user experience for employees and managers.
• Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective HR technology solutions.
• Drive HR process improvements through automation, reporting, analytics, and the adoption of AI and modern technologies to increase operational efficiency.
• Develop training materials, provide user support, and promote best practices to maximize HRIS utilization and data governance across the organization.
