Senior Global HRD Programme Evaluation Lead

Cagi is looking for experienced consultants to conduct an evaluation of the Human Rights Defender (HRD) Programme. The role requires at least 7 years of international evaluation experience, particularly in human rights or social justice.

The project will assess the programme’s effectiveness, with consultants needed to develop methodology and conduct interviews. Knowledge of the OECD-DAC criteria and fluency in multiple languages will enhance the evaluation process. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful human rights work.
