Senior Generative AI Architect — Banking LLM & RAG

RAKBANK is seeking a hands-on Generative AI Architect to design, build, and productionize AI solutions for the bank in the UAE. The role emphasizes Azure OpenAI, multi‑cloud deployments, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems within a regulated financial environment.

You will collaborate with security, compliance, data and product teams, lead guardrails and monitoring, and drive continuous improvements across observability, CI/CD, and MLOps.
