Job Description
The position, which reports to the Functional Safety Supervisor, has the following main objectives:
- Supervise and support technical topics for safety related to both running projects and RFI/RFQs (Request For Initiation/Quotation) (Mainly systems).
- Ensure safety technical compliance and safety package for both running projects and RFI/RFQ; perform RFQ Gate Review and cost estimation.
- Lead and manage the Functional Safety team in EU and Rabat.
- Ensure lean safety release for production.
- Lead the adoption of safety culture at Lear from a technical perspective.
- Provide functional safety consultancy services to other departments and projects.
