Senior Full Stack Engineer

Rho builds fintech products in crypto across trading, exchange, and DeFi workflows. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend depth to own the user-facing layer across our products.

This is a frontend-leaning full stack role for someone who enjoys working on sophisticated financial products and turning complex workflows into elegant, high-performance web experiences. You will build and maintain client-facing applications, work with real-time data and Web3 integrations, and contribute to backend services, internal tools, and product infrastructure where needed. We expect you to use AI fluently as part of your engineering workflow: to research problems, shape solutions, accelerate delivery, and improve execution quality. You should be comfortable taking an idea from an initial conversation to a production-ready result.
