Work Arrangement:
This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the office at minimum three times per week (or as dictated by the business) and work remotely two times per week.

What Youll Do:

• Financial Forecasting & Planning

Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial forecasts budgets and long-term plans.
Analyze actual results highlight key trends and provide insights to improve accuracy and transparency of projections.
Drive critical analysis of variances and recommend corrective actions.

• Business Performance Analysis

Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performance across countries and product lines.
Deliver clear data-driven insights on profit and cost drivers including volume pricing and material cost impacts.
