Senior formulation Chemist

The SEA Consumer Technical team is looking for an experienced technical leader to join our customer development team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical staff and ensuring the successful launching of new product as well as the trouble shooting of the existing product. In this position, you will need to have good understanding of formulation of coating for Kitchen appliances, to lead the team to design and develop products that can meet various customer specification requirements robustly.

Key Responsibility

• Lead and manage the technical team to design, formulate, and test coating products that meet customer requirements and are based on an understanding of chemistry and interactions.
