Senior Foreman

Job Description

A property development company is currently seeking a Senior Foreman to join their team in Pretoria. Candidate is to be highly experienced in single (individual) high-end residential development.

Requirements:

•Senior Certificate

•6-10 years’ experience

•Extensive recent experience in single (individual) high-end residential developments

•Coordinate construction site and activities

•Management of subcontractors

•Administer construction safety practices with all on site activities.

•Experience with projects from inception to completion (hand over)

•Proficient in MS Office
