Senior Financial Analyst Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Leadership, Senior Manager Operations Controlling EU, and Finance leadership to establish and maintain standard plant reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Act as the financial contact to the plant, supporting budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and monthly and quarterly variance analysis with clear financial commentary.
• Steer plant-level controlling activities, including cost of sales analysis, inventory valuation, and variance explanations to support operational decision‑making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and month‑end close activities in compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, and Veralto accounting policies.
• Own the capital expenditure (CapEx) reporting and forecasting process for the region, including financial review of operational investment proposals.
